Can't click on patcher.

Ever since I went to China for two weeks, League has been acting up. The patcher became unclickable after around 10 seconds of opening it up, and nothing works. After going back home, the problem still was there. I tried reinstalling, repairing and restarting my computer several times but nothing seems to work. What's the problem? I don't have any proxy or VPN connections active either.
