Shop not working

As we of LoL players know, the shop is a large part of LoL, how we are able to improve and get champions, runes and such needed. As shown in the link it is just a black screen, not even session expired. When going to their help page and following every suggestion given by the Riot support page worked to no avail, is this a bug on their part just affecting a select few? Because I have several friends with this issue as well and they could not solve it either.
