[CLIENT] Issues with Spectator Still Not Working

Friends of mine were in a 3v3 match and I attempted to spectate only to be met by errors. This is still occurring and is this being currently looked into? It seems to be spotty. Also in the picture below you'll see I've circled an area where it shows no matches to spectate.

It will get to loading screen but then not go anywhere and just bug out.

For the past week I think. Can't connect to spectator server. And once it gets in game it's like 10 minutes behind and everything is frozen.
