Jhins ult upon death/canceling immediately after use, can't use for rest of game. Game breaking.

So apparently if you die while ulting, or have recently canceled it before, this game breaking bug can sometimes inhibit you from using it at all afterwards during the entire period of the game. I tested this a few times and it just keeps on happening. It lets me go into his ult mode, but the shots won't fire, and when you click on anything or to fire, it just cancels everything and you never get the chance to use it, period. goes on full cd. If anything, could you be forgiving enough to either look into this and fix it, and/or at least make it go into half cd if it actually gets canceled for whatever the reason?

Riot, srsly this cost me a game and some time to look into this.
