[Gameplay] Issue with Karthus Q's and Red-Green Colorblindness.

This isn't necessarily a bug, but ever since the new map came out, I have not been able to see Karthus Q's. The boarder blends in almost completely with the surrounding grass. I have Red-Green colorblindness, and I do play with colorblind mode on, but it does not help. I personally feel this is a massive issue, as it makes Karthus nearly impossible to play against for people who have Red-Green colorblindness.
