I am pretty sure this is a bug, as gangplank isn't really a support at all, unless this is intentional and Riot is trying to shift the meta http://imgur.com/0xLOemD

It's a remnant of his old tags (pre-rework) where he was classified as secondary support
Yeah but he hasn't been in the category for months, plus the shop has been buggy recently so I don't think it's intended that he is there, plus he is not even tagged as a support.
