[GAMEPLAY] Jhin Reload removes/ prevents application of Homeguard

When reloading as in the fountain, and for a period afterwards, homeguard will not be applied. I assume this is unintentional, and it applies to both the forced reload and the reload after using all 4 of his shots. The bug occurs almost every time I reload in the fountain.

How to reproduce Cause the reload animation to occur at any point after 20 minutes inside the fountain, whether by using all shots or letting the timer run.
