Star Guardian Janna's Q (Tornado Ability) displays as the particle of the base Janna skin in all uses, and has no visible charging animation (It doesn't grow).
This can be replicated by using the ability with the skin.

Sorry for the late reply Katey, I tried again without repairing the client and it was fine, it was only for 2 games for whatever reason. Thank you very much for your time!
