new draft mode.

The new draft mode is very unique and well put together. but I did notice that even with a champion selected, during the timer count down you still have to click the lock in button. if not it drops you from queue and gives you a time penalty. I know in every other game mode that league has put out as long as a champ is selected when the time runs out it will just auto lock that champ for you. I don't know if this is a bug or a intentional feature put in the program.
