In game loot bug [CLIENT]

In loot, I forged a key (from three segments) and immediately tried to open a treasure box. The icon of the box showed "opening", however it took forever and the box was not opened. I closed the loot page and re-clicked in loot.

Guess what?

One of my treasure box was gone, and my key was disappeared. AND THERE IS NO CONTENT. Nothing was added! ![zombie-brand-mindblown]
