PVP and Co-op vs AI locked

It says I have to be lvl 30 then game modes with start to be unlocked. Buttons for pvp and co op at greyed out with a lock icon on them.

chat also wasn't working for a while there. pls

same for me, PvP and Co op buttons greyed out. lobby chats still won't work

Yes, they disabled everything. Just in time for the short time of the day where I actually HAVE TIME TO PLAY THE GAME. Why the hell do I pay money for something that has so much down time... I'm an idiot.
