[GAMEPLAY] Minions target Teemo when stealthed

I was recently playing a custom game and I was obviously Teemo. I was playing with my Panda Teemo skin and was stealthed in mid lane, but as soon as the minions came down the lane I was immediately targeted even though I was stealthed. I also want to point out that when I placed my mushrooms under the turret, they were targeted and "killed" by the turret. Caitlyn who was also on the other team seemed to be able to see my mushrooms that I had planted and could also shoot them to "kill them." Not sure if it was the skin I was using or because it was a custom game, but either way I thought I should let you guys know!
