Queue Timers

Okay, so today, I sat through 5 20 minute queue timers, all on my account, now during this time, I initially had one duo partner for my first game. When he failed to accept, I booted him and hopped into another timer knowing I had enough time before work in another 2 hours. However, when i hit accept, and the timer went down, nobody accepted, and I was booted. When I got back into my lobby alone (now pissed cause I have to sit through another timer), it said that I had a teammate/someone in my lobby that hadn't accepted. I remade, Restarted league, and restarted my cpu for the next 3 timers. Nada, nothing, it wouldn't let me join a game because someone in my lobby hadn't accepted. And it wasn't a dodge (as if my cpu had lagged or etc), it said it was someone other than me. I have no idea what this issue is, but I still right now have 5 low prio queue timers, and I can't play league to get them off. Can someone investigate?
