Garen's Spin to Win Animation

The animation doesn't align with the actual hit box, can we QOL it?

It might just be with the Warring Kingdoms skin but, sometimes the enemies are inside the green dragon animation (seems be towards the upper/northern part of the the animation) and aren't taking any damage.
