If you pick Mark/Dash spell with hecarim, heres what happens :

Press e (charge) first then mark someone Or Mark someone press e (charge)

IF YOU DASH AS HECARIM AS YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY CHARGED, YOU CANN OT CHOSE WHO YOU'RE GOING TO CHARGE ONTO. THIS FORCES YOU TO E ON THE ENEMY YOU HAVE MARKED/DASHED (YOU CANT MARK/DASH TO GET CLOSER THEN CHArGE WITH E ON ANOTHER TARGET THAN THE MARKED/DASHED ONE)

FIX THIS PLEASE ITS ANNOYING AS FUDGE

This is iirc an issue with mark. It's the same with Twisted Fate, if you have a gold card locked in and use mark to dash to an enemy, it will stun the enemy you dash to, you're unable to stun anyone else as it locks onto that enemy. It seems like dashing to an enemy with mark forces a basic onto the champion dashed to as well.
