Getting a leaver buster because riot can't fix a bug.,,

I swear to god, riot is making skins for champions with enough skins and buffing champions that are busted (removing 5 ms from irelia wont do shit), but they still haven't fixed the bugs and things they actually need to fix. I ran into a bug about a day ago where ONLY my league will freeze and wont switch tabs. The ONLY way to fix it is by restarting my computer, even if i do that, it still freezes after. Because of freezes and the fact that i have to restart my computer, i got a leaver buster... Comon people!
