Champion freezes while the rest of the map is fine...

I really don't get this game... even though this game is going downhills as more and more "balance" update is happening, bugs like freezing should not be there. As I stated in my title, many of my friends and I started to experience moments where our champions would just freeze for a few seconds while the rest of the map is fine ( this issue only started to happen after the very disappointing adc rework ). I really have no clue what is happening, and I really need help to fix this ridiculous problem. If this problem is not fixed or solved soon, I'm afraid I will have to quit this game since there will be no point freezing in the middle of team fights and feeding. While I'm trying to not sound as tilted as I am, I would appreciate if someone could tell me how to fix this problem. (This is definitely not a lag issue as the rest of the map is working fine and everything else, like discord, is working perfectly without any lag/internet issues... [sg-janna]
