Bugged timer in Champion Select

When picking a champion during champion select, the countdown does not reach to zero instead it takes you out around the three second mark if you did not pick and locked in a champion. This happened to me in both clients. In the new client, I picked a champion when the countdown was at four, showed me an error once I tried to lock in, and it kicked me out. The timer did not reach zero. In the legacy client I got kicked out during champion select at the three second mark. The same as the new client the countdown does not reach zero.
