[Client] Game will not recognize my username and/or password

I recently re-downloaded the game due to a "bad image" error message, but now that it's downloaded (and patching), it won't recognize my username and password. I've typed it in so many times, one letter at a time and it still won't work. It's been doing this since yesterday. I was kinda hoping it just needed some time, but it still won't work today. I've been able to sign in here with the username and password just fine.

Don't get me wrong. The star guardian loading screen and music is great, but I want to play the game.
