Just played a game on PBE and this happened. Seems like everytime Rammus uses taunt there is a message in the chat called "Taunty". xD Pretty funny but still wierd. :D Also, after that game, which was ranked I got placed directly in Gold 2, being my first ranked on PBE, strange.

I also had this happen on live during a custom game. Any time I used 
taunt it wrote Taunty in chat. Both my team and the enemy could see it. Hopefully this gets fixed.
Taunty is caused when Syndra uses her W on jungle creeps and smacks them on the ground. It does not apply to Scuttle Crab.
