[GAMEPLAY] Cannot create second rune page

I think my account is bugged. When I've created rune pages on my other accounts I've never experienced this before.

The screenshots below are of me going through the process of creating a new rune page

• First (Clicking on the "Create new" button)

•          [Third](https://prnt.sc/i6kjwt) "Get prompt to this page, with a little exit button above the "Create new" button"
  

As you can see in the third screenshot, there's a little exit button, but literally no page is created.

I've read others posts, and it seems the last rune page is always bugged like this. So if I were buy one more run page, my 3rd page would be bugged like this.

Note: Initiating Full repair in the client does not fix this.
