Download Game link does not work

I'm facing this issue where I'll suddenly get a fps lag for a second.

Happens ever game around 8mins-12mins into a game.

I tried repairing the client/ updating GPU drivers/ starting the game as an admin.

But none of which works, so I uninstalled so i could reinstall fresh. But upon clicking the download link, it does not allow a pop up or anything to prompt me to download. Basically a broken link.

I click the top right corner, where it says my username and click "Download" the page it brings me to has the download link on it, but nothing happens when I click on it.

Had the same problem. I use firefox with lots of blockers. Well two but thats beside the point. Switched to explorer as my default browser. Allowed all the cookies, felt so very wrong, but worked. Ran everything as admin. Good Luck.
