Bought champ, RP is gone, no champ

I have recently purchases Aurelion Sol from the store, happy with my purchase I get into a game and find out that I have not gotten him. My RP has been deducted but in my purchase history the transaction is non existent and I have not received an email when I purchased $15 AUD. I am unable to prove this because I did not receive an email or transaction ID. I am hoping my issues can be fixed, or if such an issue happens again I'll half to think twice about purchasing RP. This has never happened before. I have re-installed LoL (OCE) and do not wish to waste more RP (on Aurelion Sol) when I have already spent RP on him.

Try closing your client. This has happened to me before but with IP. The deduction of RP will 100% be in the logs, so if reopening the client still shows no sol, calmly submit a support ticket and Rito would be glad to help. Happy Climbing :)

EDIT* When this happened to me I purchased a champ then within seconds found myself in champ select looking for the champ and it was simply not there. After a dodge and angry cursing to myself as I logged in, I found my champ in my pool the very next game.

Also, if you don't have the champion, check your credit card or paypal or whatever you used and see if the money was deducted. If all else fails, support ticket.
