6 bugs: Leaving Base pre-15 seconds; No remake in a ranked game; Draven axe tooltip; and More

Bug #1: Leaving base pre-15 seconds (happened yesterday). Now I don't know exactly how I did this, but I was locked onto the enemy's fountain and starting running there as the game began. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZ_zEVg-sQo or http://i.imgur.com/y0mbz8e.png

Bug #2: Unable to remake a game in which our top laner did not connect either in game, during the loading screen or later on (happened today). Absolutely no idea why we weren't able to remake. The chat message that says that you can remake did not appear at all, nor were we able to remake the game by using /remake during the times of remake. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6P8hNWpAmwU

Bug #3: Just a simple Draven axe tooltip bug that only occurs when leveling up the ability. Simply put, the levelup tooltip uses Draven's previous damage gains on his Q Spinning Axe that are consistent with him still having the ability scale with total AD. http://i.imgur.com/qtTfgik.png After leveling up the regular tooltip will function as desired, however. http://i.imgur.com/MYHkyDf.png

Bug #4: Screenshots cause all of the text on players to blacken and become harder to read. As was seen in the above screenshots, this causes the text to be less desirable. Looking at the screenshot of a pentakill (Super white if on Imgur but super black if straight up viewed with computer pics): http://i.imgur.com/57p6VFu.png Versus what it should look like and did look like for quite a while up until very early into this year before it changed. http://i.imgur.com/glGLUCH.png

Bug #5: As can be seen in the youtube videos above (taken directly from highlights) and when viewed directly in the highlights section, any video taken appears to lack proper sound and will instead have some form of clicking. This only began occurring either this patch or the previous patch.

Bug #6: A simple bug involving Kog'maw in which your attack speed when dead differs from when alive. This bug has been around since the revert of Kog'maw to his currrent state. http://i.imgur.com/STv0Dil.png http://i.imgur.com/zaWjQaL.png In this first screenshot it can be seen that I have 2.50 attack speed, but in the second screenshot I only have 2.25 attack speed. I have tested this many times and have seen that you always lose attack speed on death but regain it back once you come back to life. This can be misleading and cause players to purchase more attack speed items even when they are almost capped out but are fooled while dead.
