Health bar glitch

For some reason using print screen only resulted in having a black picture so I couldn't post a link. But randomly after I went back to the fountain to heal my health bar went black and my item boxes also didn't have their numbers(1-7). Then if i enabled hud animations my health bar would have the green health wave animation but would be black underneath. Never returned to normal that game but has been fine in my other games. It could just be a zilean thing.

For technical info I was playing zilean on the NA server and it was a ranked match. I am using a windows 7 laptop with an nvidia graphics card.
