ahri was able to get out of the starting platform barrier when the game started.
i missed it in game but my team was talking about how ahri got out of the starting barrier right as she spawned and i went back to my replay on lolreplay and she actually did spawn outside of the barrier and was able to roam the map 30 seconds early. im not certain how to load the replay if that would help i can put it on youtube or something.
this happened in ranked on summoners rift today oct.8th
