Stuck in base

I was playing a match as Wukong and while trying to kill the red buff, my client froze and i died to it. I had my entire team raging at me already so I made the excuse that my sister had walked in and distracted me because lag isn't very believable. I went back to the buff and tried to kill it but my client froze again. After that, I couldn't move my champion anymore. I could move the camera and left click plenty, but when I tried to right click, it would show the animation for right clicking but wouldn't move me and disconnected me shortly after. The Zed on my team said it happened to him last game. My team had to surrender at 20 and ended up saying to report me. This wasn't a fun game for me or my team.
