You have to play one matchmade game to get your rune BE refund, veteran emote, and ward skin (if applicable) to it! They are in the missions tab!! You don't get the essence automatically in your balance after a game, you get blue essence orbs in your loot! You have 51 weeks to play one game of league of legends.

Hm then I suggest sending a ticket. Did you buy any runes from two or more seasons ago? Did you get any BE?
Well, I did play a game. And I won. But it didn't give me any progress. It was the first game of the day.

Shiroze1 votesI do have missions. I have the one for win of the day, play 1 game with the new runes and a few more. But my game didn't count. It is not listed anywhere either.
