Doesn't look like a giant bug... It's a bad interaction, but also an unlikely one. He can't be targeted in that mode, but when you do the Mark and move to them it causes them to retaliate - they don't target you per say, they just fight back. Needs to add a check before retaliating to make sure the target is targetable.
