[Gameplay] Some skills casted in Oriana's W's remaining disappears

Hello :) I'm Poro and I've noticed this bug yesterday but forgot to report Linked match history is the match that I found this bug

I was playing and had Support and ADC as Enemy team bot lane

Overall, skill cast has gone in this order

Casted Q W on top of Casted Q from INSIDE of 's W's remaining effect

And this made Caitlyn's Q disappear mid-air. I believe that it disappeared at the border of Oriana's W effect making it seems like Oriana's W blocks Caitlyn's Q I'm still not sure this is just visual bug or actually blocking projectile but please check. I kept wondering why it happened
