I get stuck in the game loading screen and it freezes... is it a bug?
I was hoping somebody could help me figure out why this happens....

My game has been freezing since this new patch and I already received a leaverbuster. I sent in a ticket at 6 this morning and still no reply. I see that this is becoming more common here in the forums now, wtf is riot doing?
