Twisted Treeline tower broken [GAMEPLAY]

In a game of blind pick twisted tree line, the bot lane tier 1 tower didn't shoot minions at all. I know it did shot because ashe got shot when she entered without minions. It was only blue side first tower.

It may be from the champ mixture of Nid, trynd, garen vs Ashe, alistar and Darius. Other then that it was a normal game on blind pick
