Missing assists YI & Irelia

I reported this issue many months back and it seems nothing has been done about it. Master Yi is the champion I primarily notice the issue on but recently I have seen the same interaction problems with Irelia.

I also play aram almost exclusively, so the issue may be linked to that game mode.

Alpha Strike, or Bladesurge - The ability Triggers, the animation triggers(and finishes), Damage is NOT applied, the hit is NOT registered, and the assists are NOT given. Mana IS spent, CD IS triggered.

Please fix this issue - it heavily hinders anyone who plays those champs considering the amount of gold lost. If you can't recreate the scenario please inform me, I will gladly post videos in the future if need be.
