[Gameplay] Neeko Empowered E Visual Bug

In my last game I was playing against Malzahar as Neeko. When I levelled my E, I prepared to throw it through the minions through him. When I did, it appeared strangely and it shot backwards towards me and thick blue/white/pinkish lines appeared (imagine the Malz silence animation but blue and the empowered root is moving from the end towards Neeko). It did this throughout the entire game, but only whenever E was empowered. Early game I tested if it would do it again by throwing it at nothing and it went straight forward normally. I also tested to see how far back the root would activate, as the animation appears to extend the root line, but enemies outside of the normal root range were unaffected. in other words, the actual distance was not affected and even if the far end of the animation went through an enemy, it did not root them. I went back into the replays after the game to see if I could record a clip of it, but it appears like it normally would.

At the time of this writing I have not played another game of Neeko, so I do not know if this is exclusive to her Winter Wonder skin, exclusively against Malzahar, etc. I don't know if this is a one time thing, but it was certainly hard to adjust with this bug.

Steps I did to produce this bug:

1. As Neeko, reach level 2 and put a point in E (the root)
2. Throw the root through minions to empower it
3. Root animation becomes weird; the snowflake extends farther out than the normal animation, travelling in a line from the far end towards Neeko, stopping somewhere in the middle

Other notes:

• Root does not become weirdly animated if not empowered (doesn't hit anything)

• The animation extends the distance of the root, but does not actually change any hitboxes; enemies outside of the normal empowered hitbox are not affected

• Occurs on all empowered roots throughout the game, but does not appear in the replay

• The root will intially launch from your location properly, but will teleport to the opposite end of the line once empowered

• I was using the Winter Wonder Neeko skin, playing against Malzahar. I do not know if this bug is exclusively against Malz, with this skin, etc.
