"FioraSpellNotFound source:(player name)

There is either a bug or script going around on Fiora right now called "FioraSpellNotFound source:(player name)", it does exactly 1080 true damage and shows an empty box as the icon, it will appear in death recap and debuff bar. I do not know how common this is, but getting oneshotted as you get to lane is not fun. Fair warning.
