Recently when i have been casting poppys charge the enemy will just bounce off poppy and i wont follow through and stick to them. Its causing me to miss a lot of stuns. Has anyone else noticed this? I think it happens when an enemy dashes at you the moment you cast it at them im not sure if that is intended, but it also happens when i know that is not happening because the champion im charging has no dash.
I've noticed that as well. Also I don't know if it was intended or not but people being able to dash out of her Heroic Charge after she connects with them, (IE Lee Sins Safe Guard). This has caused some misses to the stun but still displaced them from where they were jumping, even when the damage didn't occur I still get the cool down, since I did connect and start to displace them.
Poppy seems to be getting more bugs added every patch, from E not stunning targets against terrain despite the animation playing, Q never casting where you want or need it, R fizzling out on short taps that clearly hit the target but do nothing.
At this point old poppy has less bugs and it makes her unfun to play at all.
