Vi's E cone doesn't crit: crital strikes now affect the cone
Bug: The cone from Vi's E does not critically strike. Expected result: The total damage caused by the cone should be amplified by 2 (or 2.25 with IE) Actual result: The extra damage applied by the critical strike of the melee attack is added to the cone, rather than the cone itself critically striking.
I figured this out when I tried to make a cheesey AP Vi build with an Infinity Edge at the end for some silly high E crit damage. It turns out the extra damage added by the crit is NOT affected by the AP ratio at all, because the extra damage comes strictly from the actual melee strike rather than the cone's damage. Either the language in the patch notes should reflect the proper functionality, or this functionality should be remedied to allow the E's cone damage itself to crit, rather than be based off of the melee critical hit.
