BattleCast Urgot flames

BattleCast Urgot has a glitch when he first spawns until he actives his leg shot guns. You don't see flames flying from his legs. This affects game play as you don't know which shotguns are up and ready to fire. You also can see the bug while he's running (flying) to lane. He's floating but no flames are shooting down at the ground.
