Supressed Targets Still using abilities during WW ult

Sometimes a supressed targets CC will proc on warwick if he ults to them. Some expamples being: Ulting to an ulting Wukong, Singed flipping Warwick after being ulted, And several different abilities that can be proced early, can still be used while supressed.
