RIOT! Can't even get through bans in ranked que during the busy hours

RIOT! I made a post yesterday and patch 5.18 came out and I thought my problem would stop. I was proven wrong by my belief in tech team. When I accept my game I go to the screen where I see maybe one ban take place then it just freezes and I'm forced to dodge. It did it one night when I was in my series to be promoted to the next tier and it was game 5. This is unfair to me and I believe it is unfair to others who are potentially having problems with this bug. When the error happens it tells me it sends Riot a report and that its sorry the game isn't working for me. Have you read any of those yet, Riot? I know that with a game this massive I will sometimes run into a problem but when I have been trying to communicate my problem for over a month now it gets rather frustrating.

Still a fan of the game and appreciate all you guys do for the gamer and his ability to enjoy the game without problems..
