Game constantly crashes and the option to uninstall the game doesn't even appear

I got back into league so I could play with a friend who lives across the US from me but my game constantly crashes and maintains low fps. I can run other games at higher graphics and get better fps and not crash but I cannot play league without having to run it on super low and getting low fps and numerous crashes. I want to uninstall to get this game off of my computer but it's not listed in the programs when I go to uninstall.

Edit: Doesn't help that everytime it crashes and asks if I want to do a data dump the path to the file doesn't actually exist. 10/10 this game is amazing.
