Rune pages deleted AGAIN! HOW ABOUT FINALLY GIVING AN ANSWER TO THIS ISSUE?

How many times will we have to remake our rune pages and how many threads will we have to create for you to even acknowledge the existence of this problem? The support answers to some obvious troll with summoner level 39 that ""doesn't know why he can't keep levels/items/gold between the games", but you keep avoiding threads that actually contain a problem to fix? Is this some bad joke?

There's more involved to fixing a bug than just finding one. Knowing what the bug is doesn't actually tell them what's causing it. It takes time to figure out which chunk of code has a negative interaction with the runes. I'm sure they're working on it. The game devs are busy, and usually don't have a lot of time to reply.

Please keep in mind having a red name doesn't mean that they're a game dev; everyone has different roles. If game devs specifically took the time to reply to every thread instead of doing work, they'd never get anything done. Just don't worry, I'm sure a fix is on its way.
