People keep afking in aram games and not getting punished for it

Another game where some moron plays for 3-4 minutes, then afks near the nexus for 10, just to come back and play for the last 3-5 minutes again. Why is this sh%t happening to me every 3rd game, is this something normal for you? And then none of these $%#$$%# are getting punished, because I guess having 30% activity time and a few assists in aram games is enough to make the system completely disregard the afking?

Not starting the game when you can't play is one thing, but maybe start doing something about this crap, riot? Or maybe I should start treating this game mode as a passive xp farm too, wtf?

As far as I know, the leavebuster doesn't only activate when someone completely leaves/afk's. It still counts against the user if they are inactive for smaller periods of time.

How do you know that the leavebuster isn't acting on them?

Are you sure these players arent getting punished?

And one afk offense isnt enough to punish someone.

They do get punished if they do that for a few games. It puts them in leaver buster. Even if they came back.
