Loading screen sometimes stuck on 100% after 8.16

Hello, I just wanted to state a problem, I know I don't have the best pc, or a good pc at all, but after patch 8.16 loading screen seemed to work fine, every player getting to 100% and my ms were running smoothly, until I realized that too much time had passed, so I already+tabbed a couple of times and then bugsplat, when I reconnect I get in game, while others have been playing for 5-10mins or have remade by this point, I would just like to know if any of you guys are having the same problem. Also on the client after 8.16 on my pc goes slower and sometimes doesn't show missions or loot for about 1 min.
