I played ap Ezreal with deathfire touch in aram game and I just realized that my Q doesn't apply it. Didn't try to reproduce it though, and I can't try it now because I'm not at home, but I think it should work just by taking deathfire touch on Ezreal and hitting someone with Q.

It's a spell that applies on-hit effects instead of spell effects, basically. Crit is technically not an on-hit effect, but BoRK and Sheen passive are.
Croaa1 votesBut even if a spell apply on-hit effects, why shouldn't it aplly spell effects ? I mean, it's still a spell, so it should apply spell effects. Even if it's not a bug, it's pretty dumb.
