[Gameplay] Thresh hook vs spellshields

As I didn't see any changes in patch notes about spellshields (excepted the 7.19 changes that says spellshields cannot block more than 1 spell even if they're hitting at the same time) and I know it didn't work like that in the past, I think it may be a bug. When Thresh lands his hook into a spellshield (Sivir's E, Nocturne's W, banshee's veil and edge of night), it only blocks hook's damage and cc but Thresh can still land to the target. No specific needs to reproduce it, works any time you hook in a spellshield.

I don't know if it's an intended interaction, but if it is, it's a huge buff in Thresh vs Sivir match-up (and any other spellshield even if it's not his direct match-up).
