If Xayah has her passive up and attacks an Illaoi tentacle, the attack will not damage the tentacle and feather will go off through the tentacle.
Specifics I used Cosmic Dusk Xayah They used Voidbringer Illaoi This was in ARAM
Almost got my hopes up when i read "Xayah" and "Tentacle"
Then i realized i dont actually want to see something so degrading about the character
Then i realized this was in fact a bug report
Everything worked out in the end.

This is the general bug with Xayah and non-champions. Illaoi tentacles, GP barrels, Yorick wall... All can't be attacked while Xayah has her passive up. And this is a pretty big deal since a lot of the counterplay aside from dodging them is autoattacking them.
Hopefully, we can get this looked at soon... right now countering Xayah is as simple as picking Illaoi or GP and watching her hilariously attack the barrels/tentacles repeatedly.
