[GAMEPLAY] Sivir's ricochet isn't doing damage to zyra's plants.

I'm not sure if that's intended, but I'll assume it isn't. Sivir's ricochet (W) doesn't do damage to Zyra's plants when it bounces to them. Simple as that. (I'm pretty sure it does damage to heim's turrets.)
