Can we talk about how long it took to write the code some years before and if it´s easier to rewrite it completely new as it obviously it is too difficult to fix the bugs?

I honestly think riot just don't give a shit about some champs, considering stormrazor hasn't worked properly on my champ since it was first added to the game

I agree with a MURDER clown. There are some champions that Riot just will put 0 effort into fixing or updating... and to some extent some bugs. I remember it took them 6 months to fix a bug that I reported frequently with Lucian if your first hit (when you have passive) killed the CS or target or whatever. The second shot ALWAYS, every single time. Shot towards your own nexus. And now it's back to sometimes just not firing.

This is a big problem. Very annoying when plants make phantom attacks. Please, fix this, Riot.
