Did not receieve free win in series even tho the notification popped up saying i got one.

​I was in champ select in my promos for silver 1 in flex and all the sudden the game just freezes and i cant select anything even tho i can still hear the sounds of people selecting champs. The only thing I could do was close the client which resulted in me losing my series- thanks riot games. But anyways I received the notifcation saying i was unsuccessful blah blah blah and that I would be granted a free win in my next series and when I won my next game I did not receive my free win. It was your guy's fault for breaking champion select that is a bug in itself because one of my other friends has had it happen. Please give me my win back

PS- I get its "a dodge" but its happened to my friends before and they still got a free win in their next series.
